Smoked fish dishes are not particularly popular on our tables, not counting the “immortal” mackerel paste.
We would like to show here that the possibilities of using smoked fish are much greater.
Our friend, master chef Bogusław Michałowski, who has been preparing fish dishes for many years, has prepared some unusual recipes for us, which we would like to share with our customers or simply with anyone looking for inspiration in the kitchen.
